A 25-yr-previous driver was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter in a crash that killed a motorcyclist on a rural North County freeway close to Lake Henshaw Tuesday, a California Freeway Patrol officer stated.
The rider, a sixty four-yr-previous Valley Middle man, was thrown from the motorbike and died earlier than he could possibly be taken to a hospital, CHP Officer Kevin Pearlstein stated.
